Each recipe uses one or more of our products to show you how you can do more than pair our chips with salsa (even though this is still the best combination EVER).
Salsa and Baked Fish + Spicy Salad
This tasty recipe takes just minutes to prepare and will provide your family with a healthy and flavorful dinner. The spice from the salsa plays beautifully with the subtle flavors of the fish. We recommend using either Salmon or Tilapia. Serve with a crisp salad topped with salsa dressing (see recipe below), croutons and sliced almonds. Yum!
Salsa + Baked Fish
Ingredients
• Fish of your choice (we love salmon or tilapia)
• Casa Sanchez Medium Salsa Roja
Instructions
1. Clean fish.
2. Place in lightly greased baking pan.
3. Top with salsa.
4. Bake at 350F for 4 minutes.
5. Turn fish over.
6. Bake for another 4 minutes.
Salsa Salad Dressing
Ingredients
• 8 oz. Casa Sanchez Salsa Roja (Mild, Medium or Hot)
• 1 oz. Olive Oil
• ½ oz. Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Mix and serve with a spring mix salad, croutons and sliced almonds.
