Ingredients
• 3oz. of Casa Sanchez Thick & Crispy Tortilla Chips
• 2oz. Casa Sanchez Mild Salsa Roja
• 3 eggs
• 1oz. Grated Cheese
Instructions:
In heated pan stir the tortilla chips, add the Mild Salsa Roja (or the Hot if you prefer) and the scrambled eggs, lightly toss until done.
Serve on plate and top with cheese.
